When I mention "worst" - I mean most cruel, vicious, ignorant, stupid, uncouth and / or politically, err, dumb. I realize something similar to this topic has been discussed a few years back, but I was just thinking about the kings of Westeros that were the worst (not specifically of the Iron Throne).
